The hotel's proximity to the laleli tram station was very convenient. Many shops are nearby. breakfast and room service were satisfactory to me. complimentary water was available, and i could get an iron upon request. i appreciated these small conveniences a lot!
the air conditioning wasn't very effective and the room felt stuffy, quite uncomfortable.

the breakfast room has a magnificent view. the breakfast variety and freshness were great, though it could use some improvement! i especially liked the variety of olives and cheeses available each morning.

the location is strategic near the laleli tram station. it is very near the main beyazit road for shopping! it is also within walking distance of the grand bazaar and hagia sophia mosque, though i didn't visit them.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel's location is near the tramway and metro. The staff helped us many times with directions. I found Sener to be very cute.
The breakfast buffet had limited options. It was disappointing considering the variety of food available nearby. The coffee powder in the room was not consistently replenished.

The location was central. It was near the tram station, so major attractions like the Blue Mosque were walkable. The hotel was clean and the bed felt comfortable. The staff were kind, and I got a room upgrade. Breakfast was nice. The accommodation met my needs.
